Many people believe that the happiness in their life depends upon external factors like money, career, fame, health and so on and in reality, this is a fantastic but a retarded idea from a immature mind.So if you want to be happy in some near future then you need to be happy in this very moment also.

Moreover, enjoying moments is an art most people don’t know they live in the fantasy that once we have a good house, car, wealth then we will sit and enjoy these luxuries and that’s how our life passes by and one fine day we start feeling empty without knowing ‘how it feels to be happy’.

Maybe living a meaningful,passionate life has nothing to do with its length and everything to do with its width.
keep it simple, and help whenever and however you can.


Getting over your Past Guilt


Never be defined by your past. It was just a lesson not a life sentence. Start everyday with a fresh start and with a positive note. What happened in the past cannot be changed and the
only thing that matters is how you carry yourself today.


Random Act of Kindness


We always remember the one person Who randomly showed you love/kindness when you were scared or low? It could have been a stranger that was kind to you, the love you felt still makes you smile. Your simple act of kindness can change a person’s life in ways you don’t know.


Letting go of things


Sometimes you have to let go of things though they seem not fair. You need get closure for the sake of you and move on in your life. Your peace is more important than driving yourself crazy trying to understand why something happened the way it did. Let it go.

How to be happy always ?

Everyone wants to be happy in their life but are we all happy ? we do have our worries our occasional up’s and down’s, major heartbreaks in life.
Let me share with you a few things I did that really changed my life for good.
Learn to be assertive.
Assertive behaviour can be developed by practising the technique of positive mental imagery. Consciously or unconsciously, we influence others and get what we expect from them. We live in our thoughts, feelings and actions. Feelings are our own choice. You can choose to be happy or depressed. It is in your own hands. The more powerful your mental image and expectation, the greater the successs you would experience.
Trust that you are right where you need to be.
Every life situation is always teaching us something. All we have to do is pay attention and observe rather than judge or impose our ways. We are where we need to be because every life experience is shaping us for something better. So embrace the moment, let go of your ways and avoid resistance of what is and you will finally discover your lesson and move on into what’s next.
Brace for anything, including the good.
we cannot predict life. Bad things will happen, so be mentally prepared. Keep an open mind and don’t let anything knock you down. If it does, get back up. You will experience obstacles and you will make mistakes. Accept this, be ready, and move on.
On the flip side, good things happen, too. Life will surprise you in wonderful ways – sometimes when you least expect it. Be ready to embrace and enjoy these experiences all the same.

Give up expectations.
There is nothing wrong with setting goals and dreams but imposing our exact ways on how they should unfold for us is what creates all the unnecessary suffering. Embrace the living in the moment, this way we can identify opportunities that life presents to us, those that are aligned with our desires. We must trust that there is something out there that is bigger than us and that is always guiding and looking out for us and knows the best and infinite ways to help us achieve our dreams.
Always be positive
Use your imagination to visualize only favorable and beneficial situations.Use positive words in your inner dialogues, or when talking with others. Once a negative thought enters your mind, you have to be aware of it, and endeavor to replace it with a constructive one. If the negative thought returns, replace it again with a positive one. It is as if there are two pictures in front of you, and you have to choose to look at one of them, and disregard the other. Persistence will eventually teach your mind to think positively, and to ignore negative thoughts.

Feel blessed

At times, the walk between understanding reality and accepting it is a very long one. Knowing a hard fact and coming to terms with it are two different things. But if you achieve that phase you will feel blessed.
